HR Consultant
Mrs Uttara Kale heads our Human Resource Development team. She has done her bachelors in political science and her masters in personal management.
She has a rich experience of creating and developing an HR team in previous organizations and has been addressing concerns of employees satisfactorily.
Apart from this she has also passed with merit the BEC Preliminary Examination of University of Cambridge conducted by British Council. She has completed Tally Graduation course from Tally Academy.
She has worked as a personal officer and administrative in charge at different organizations in the past few years where she has handled manifold responsibilities like drafting advertisements, scrutiny of applications, interview arrangement, coordination and execution, drafting offer letters and appointment letters, maintaining records of employees, arranging seminars, devising systems, communication and providing solutions for problems related to human resource.
She has single handedly managed a pan India team of a hundred employees and successfully resolved their concerns. Presently she also works as an HR head at ‘Caravan oil seals pvt ltd’.
